About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and sustain preventative maintenance for site instrumentation, including calibrations and record maintenance
  • Diagnose and resolve instrumentation equipment needs to improve plant and machine performance
  • Guide instrumentation projects from scoping to implementation, including bidding, scheduling, and contractor management
  • Manage the analytical spare parts program to ensure team readiness
  • Support the Safe Work Permit Process, including Pre-Job Plans, LOTO, hot work, and confined space safety
  • Collaborate with production technicians, maintenance coordinators, and plant management to support daily facility needs

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience with Gas Analyzers, Metrology, or Instrumentation
  • Technical knowledge of transmitters, PLCs, analyzers, and gas chromatography
  • Ability to read and draw electrical and PLC diagrams
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in non-conditioned environments
  • Ability to work callouts, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to climb ladders, work on elevated platforms, and enter confined spaces

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Associate's Degree
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong instrument and electrical background
