Analytics Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead global client experience initiatives by leveraging advanced data analytics to drive strategic improvements and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and map data needs to support business objectives.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and patterns that inform business and operational strategies.
• Define, implement, and govern data quality rules and frameworks.
• Oversee cross-functional project delivery, managing timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Leverage GenAI and other advanced technologies for solution design and process optimization.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Financial Industry.
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end data modeling and analytics projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex problems independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for partnering with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in innovative tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, UIPath, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with GenAI and other emerging technologies.
• Deep financial markets knowledge, specifically with Futures & Options, FXPB, OTCPB, Prime Swap, or Prime Cash.
