About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into functional and analytical requirements
- Facilitate communication between operational, business, and technology teams
- Support the identification, framing, and prioritization of use cases
- Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- Ensure alignment between technical deliveries and business objectives
- Support the definition of metrics, KPIs, and success criteria
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and optimization
- Support the definition of priorities and functional roadmaps for initiatives
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML teams
- Support adoption processes and stakeholder alignment
Requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Ability to understand operational, analytical, and technological contexts simultaneously
- Previous experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
- Facilitation, prioritization, and multi-stakeholder management capabilities
- Collaboration-oriented and value-driven delivery profile
