Analytics Specialist, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives.
• Develop analytical products and frameworks that empower product teams, sales organizations, and clients.
• Partner with technical partners, product leaders, and client teams to define and execute strategic roadmaps.
• Translate business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions leveraging Aladdin capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and shaping strategic direction.
• Provide technical excellence through mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience across financial markets, analytics, and software engineering.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with large-scale analytical systems and production-quality codebases.
• Deep understanding of investment products, portfolio analytics, and investment workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI and advanced analytics to solve real business problems.
• Technical fluency in database languages and building end-to-end analytical applications.
• Ability to work effectively across global, multidisciplinary teams.
