Analytics Solutions - Associate

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to design, implement, and enhance data and business intelligence platforms.
• Ensure data and reporting platform availability, integrity, and completeness for the Home Lending team.
• Partner with US and India-based leadership to prioritize feature enhancements and issue resolutions.
• Expand platform scope through data enrichment, development of analytical solutions, and automation of manual processes.
• Collaborate with technology staff to execute platform changes within agreed SLAs and SDLC standards.
• Support workload coordination for the India-based team, including timeline alignment and feature prioritization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, or Analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL query writing and strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with BI toolsets and database platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata.
• Proficiency in ETL, Data Modeling, Reporting Automation, and/or Dashboarding.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
• High attention to detail with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of total experience, including 2-3 years in the financial analysis domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or Business.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or ThoughtSpot.
• Experience with Cloud Data Warehouses including AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Experience with LLM/AI solutions or BI project migrations.
