Analytics Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of analytics projects, collaborating with internal clients to deliver tailored insights that drive business outcomes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement advanced analytics models to extract insights and predict trends using machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear, usable format for stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and sharing best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate new techniques into project work.

Requirements

• Degree level education in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, including regression analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Familiarity with machine learning and advanced analytics modeling techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment, which may require travel or alternative working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher professional or master’s qualification in a related discipline.
• Active membership in related professional bodies or industry groups.
• Experience working with third-party vendors to deliver analytical solutions from design to enablement.
