Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute standardized reporting and ad hoc analytics to support global business objectives and franchisee profitability
• Independently design and manage analyses from start to finish, including stakeholder meetings to ensure all business questions are addressed
• Communicate and present actionable results to key partners, including business and IT teams
• Act as a strategic consultant to help the company interpret data and make informed decisions
• Collaborate with analytics leaders on large and small data projects globally
• Coach and develop team members to advance their business knowledge and analytical skillsets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration
• Strong Business Intelligence experience with Tableau for report and dashboard development
• Strong SQL development and scripting skills (Amazon Redshift preferred)
• Experience building workflows in Alteryx
• Ability to translate vague business requirements into technical requirements and actionable reports
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science
• Knowledge of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business and operations
• Experience with Interworks Creator or HTML code writing
• Proven track record of coaching, developing, and mentoring direct reports
