Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute standardized reporting and ad hoc analytics to support global business objectives and franchisee profitability.
• Independently design and manage analyses from start to finish, including stakeholder meetings to ensure all business questions are addressed.
• Communicate and present actionable results to key partners, including business and IT teams.
• Act as a strategic consultant to help the company interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Coach and develop team members to advance their business knowledge and analytical skillsets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Strong Business Intelligence experience, specifically in report and dashboard development using Tableau.
• Strong SQL development and scripting skills (Amazon Redshift preferred).
• Experience building automated workflows in Alteryx.
• Proven ability to translate vague business requirements into technical requirements and actionable data solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Knowledge of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business and operations.
• Experience with Interworks Creator or HTML code writing.
• Proven track record of coaching, developing, and mentoring direct reports.
