About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the analytics function for the Product organization
- Define key metrics, frameworks, and experimentation systems
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to shape the product roadmap
- Build and lead a team of product analysts focused on driving business outcomes
- Shape the company's experimentation engine, ensuring statistical rigor and high-quality hypotheses
- Drive improvements in conversion, retention, and LTV through data-driven insights
Requirements
- 6-10 years in product analytics
- At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring analysts
- Proven track record of defining actionable metrics
- Expertise in end-to-end A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Deep understanding of full-funnel metrics (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention)
- Advanced SQL skills
- Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and statistics
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous questions into testable hypotheses
