About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analytics function for the Product organization
  • Define key metrics, frameworks, and experimentation systems
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to shape the product roadmap
  • Build and lead a team of product analysts focused on driving business outcomes
  • Shape the company's experimentation engine, ensuring statistical rigor and high-quality hypotheses
  • Drive improvements in conversion, retention, and LTV through data-driven insights

Requirements

  • 6-10 years in product analytics
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring analysts
  • Proven track record of defining actionable metrics
  • Expertise in end-to-end A/B testing and statistical analysis
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel metrics (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention)
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and statistics
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous questions into testable hypotheses
