Analytics Manager - Internal Audit

Responsibilities

• Partner with Internal Audit stakeholders to develop and implement an analytics strategy, specifically focusing on the IT and Technology domain.
• Lead and develop a team of 1-2 analysts by setting priorities, coaching for impact, and maintaining high quality standards.
• Manage the execution of impactful, data-led analytics tasks across a programme of IT and technology audits and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and business specialists to identify datasets and perform analytics using modern approaches.
• Drive automation and tooling projects, including workflow automation, continuous auditing, and the use of AI to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics.
• 2+ years of experience delivering data analytics within an IT and/or technology-related audit, risk, or compliance role.
• 1+ years of experience building, coaching, and leading analysts.
• Extensive experience using SQL to build and maintain complex data sources.
• Proficiency in Python coding.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in regulated environments, Fintech, or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of ITGCs or general IT audit experience.
• Experience using tools such as dbt, Superset, or Lightdash.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, including GenAI solutions and advanced visualization.
