Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with function heads across Product, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Strategy to define key business drivers and KPIs.
• Lead complex deep-dives into business metrics to identify bottlenecks and growth triggers, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Manage and nurture a high-performance team of analysts through 1:1 coaching, performance management, and individual development plans.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of powerful dashboards to empower real-time, data-informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with data engineers to strengthen internal data architecture and ensure reliable data availability.
• Optimize analytics processes and implement a prioritization framework to balance competing departmental requests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and managing high-performance, cross-functional analytics teams.
• 7-10 years of total professional experience with a demonstrated track record of business impact.
• Deep expertise in the modern data stack and experience working with complex data systems.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics solutions and data visualization tools.
• Strong ability to synthesize large datasets, identify patterns, and solve open-ended problems.
• Excellent communication, articulation, and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree from IIT, NIT, or BITS.
• Experience leading analytics teams in large-scale B2C setups (e.g., Ed-tech or consumer businesses) or FinTech companies.
