Analytics Manager, Growth

Responsibilities

• Improve business performance visibility by developing analytical tools, models, and underlying data infrastructure
• Direct comprehensive evaluations of performance indicators by integrating product, financial, and operational data
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Analytics departments to identify growth prospects
• Design and maintain scalable reporting systems and dashboards for real-time visibility
• Translate broad business questions into research plans and create data-driven narratives for non-technical stakeholders
• Architect analytical frameworks to evaluate business health and project future outcomes
• Monitor industry dynamics, market trends, and competitor movements

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets skills including complex modeling
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
• Familiarity with product analytics tools like Amplitude
• Experience designing and implementing metrics frameworks
• Proven ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
