Analytics Manager

ClarityPay is a fast-growing fintech empowering enterprise merchants with smarter, more adaptive pay-over-time solutions, including point-of-sale financing and "Buy Now, Pay Later" programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics projects from problem definition through execution
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Partner with business, product, and leadership teams to influence strategy
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Python or R
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with large and complex datasets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Databricks platform
• Prior experience in fintech, payments, or digital products
