About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Analytics Team within the Global Risk Consulting division to provide expert risk modeling and strategic decision support.
  • Quantify risk scenarios using statistical and actuarial modeling to optimize the Total Cost of Risk for clients.
  • Define Risk Appetite, Risk Tolerance, and determine reserve funds for healthcare companies in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform descriptive statistical analysis on risk data, including adverse events, claims, and damage requests.
  • Consolidate the service portfolio and define internal and external commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop innovative projects and ideas in risk management to facilitate better decision-making for high-profile clients.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in consulting, insurance, or finance.
  • University degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Mathematical Engineering.
  • High proficiency in Python and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
  • Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills for interacting with international clients.
  • Proven ability to build effective commercial and project outcome presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages specifically used for data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of actuarial techniques.
