Analytics Lead, Total Rewards

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in reporting across HCM, compensation, and benefits platforms
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for HR, Finance, and business partners
• Build and maintain financial models for compensation planning, benefits cost analysis, and headcount forecasting
• Conduct benchmarking analyses using survey data and internal pay data
• Identify manual workflows and build automated solutions or AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in data, analytics, financial modeling, or systems-focused roles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for complex modeling
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, sensitive datasets with accuracy and discretion
• Strong analytical instincts and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HCM platforms, specifically Workday
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled tools using APIs, LLMs, or low-code platforms
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or R for data manipulation
• Familiarity with compensation survey tools like Radford, WTW, or Mercer
