About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and evolve KPIs and reporting frameworks for the Udemy Japan Team and partner ecosystem
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Databricks to track partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and performance
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the Udemy Japan business to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Support Japan Partner Account Managers with data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and conferences
- Act as the primary data and analytics point of contact for Japan leadership and global partner operations
- Analyze the effectiveness of partner initiatives and promotions in the region
- Assist in forecasting for both Corporate and Consumer business lines
Requirements
- Fluency in both Japanese and English is required
- 5-7 years of experience in analytics or data science roles
- 1-2 years of experience supporting B2B SaaS, Partnership, or GTM analytics
- Expert-level SQL skills
- Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data warehouses
- Proficiency in Tableau with strong visual storytelling skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with segmentation and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages
