Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Scientists and business stakeholders to translate analytical needs into robust data infrastructure
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines
• Monitor performance and optimize data systems for high reliability
• Collaborate with the Data Integrity team to build a Data Quality Framework
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to troubleshoot data-related issues
• Contribute to best practices including code standards, version control, and testing
• Develop and support CI/CD processes using Terraform, Github, TeamCity, and Octopus
• Define and implement monitoring and alerting policies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering with Python
• Proven track record in building and optimizing large-scale data systems
• Experience in Databricks and Azure environments
• Experience with pipeline scheduling tools like Airflow or Astronomer
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Terraform, Github, or Octopus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience with advanced SQL queries and optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
• Streaming or NRT modeling experience
• Experience with PySpark
• Passion for technical mentorship
