Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain forecasting and analytical models for strategic planning and financial decision-making
• Build internal tools, automations, and production-grade model deployments
• Analyze complex operational and financial datasets to identify trends and risks
• Develop and monitor KPIs across business functions
• Translate data into actionable insights through reporting, dashboards, and presentations
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams
• Use AI as a productivity multiplier to accelerate analysis and scale output

Requirements

• BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• 4+ years of experience in data science, engineering, analytics, or forecasting
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R
• Experience with modern software engineering practices including Git, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and CI/CD
• Experience developing dashboards using modern BI tools, preferably Power BI
• Experience building and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT workflows
• Strong quantitative modeling and analytical reasoning skills
