Analytics Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Design and build insightful metric definitions, KPIs, and source of truth tables utilizing advanced SQL
• Ownership of DBT cloud infrastructure and implementation of data modeling best practices
• Collaborate with Analysts and Data Engineering teams to find solutions to business problems
• Develop Snowflake Intelligence AI to empower teams to self-serve analytics
• Maintain knowledge of technology trends in data analytics and the sports betting industry

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced SQL skills including model and query optimization
• Data modeling experience using DBT and incremental modeling strategies
• Proficiency in managing source code control in GitHub using branching strategies
• Experience building dashboards with tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel for team offsites and events

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of sports betting
• Experience in customer behavior analysis
• Experience utilizing AI in analytics
