Analytics Engineer

About the Company

Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG — the platform that 200+ brands like OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana use to run everything from deductions to production planning. We are a small, in-person team in New York City, growing 5x year over year.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the centralized data warehouse and analytics infrastructure
• Develop scalable data models for reporting, dashboards, and customer-facing data exports
• Serve as the steward of the data landscape, ensuring visibility into ownership, lineage, and dependencies
• Consolidate and standardize data models across multiple products to create a single source of truth
• Establish data engineering best practices including modeling standards, testing, and governance
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Customer teams to deliver actionable insights
• Enable self-service analytics by creating scalable datasets and semantic layers

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience building and operating modern data warehouses and analytics platforms
• Strong SQL skills and experience modeling large datasets
• Deep experience with distributed data processing and designing performant ETL pipelines
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration and ETL/ELT workflows
• Familiarity with modern analytics tooling such as Snowflake or dbt
• Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
