Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for supply data, transforming it into reliable, analysis-ready datasets to support decision-making in pricing, demand planning, and inventory management.
• Identify overlapping data requirements and create reusable Mart tables to simplify transformations for downstream teams.
• Develop and monitor stable data pipelines using Python and GCP.
• Document schemas, lineage, and data contracts to ensure a "Single Source of Truth."
• Manage platform security, including IAM roles, data access boundaries, cost monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote SQL best practices across the supply department.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering with a focus on transforming unstructured operational data.
• Strong Python skills for ETL and orchestration.
• Practical experience with GCP and BigQuery.
• Proficient in high-performance SQL, including complex CTEs and window functions.
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Fluent English communication skills for working in an international team.
• Ability to balance long-term system architecture with pragmatic business value delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern transformation and orchestration tools such as dbt or Dagster.
• Familiarity with AWS core services (Batch, Lambda, Step Functions).
• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Experience with Data Cataloging and Data Observability tools.
