About the role
Responsibilities
- Collate and process high volumes of social-first performance data
- Monitor and report on performance for campaigns and always-on activity
- Distill clear actions and insights from data to inform strategy
- Present findings in a clear, client-facing manner
- Craft performance analysis and narratives for reporting
- Work alongside strategists to develop data-driven work for clients and new business
- Create real-time social dashboards to manage agency reporting
- Develop agency propositions regarding reporting metrics
Requirements
- Long-term expertise in social listening and digital analytics
- Proven ability to impact social strategy
- Strong knowledge of social media vendors (listening, trend spotting, audience research)
- Expertise with social media measurement tools and platforms
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt to shifting social media landscapes and algorithms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience pulling insights from multiple geographic regions
