Analytics Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary analytics team, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture
• Build and scale cross-agency data capabilities to connect teams across different locations and disciplines
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape commercial models, data strategies, and operational ways of working
• Drive innovation in advanced analytics by applying statistical and econometric approaches to business challenges
• Act as a trusted client partner, providing strategic guidance on data infrastructure, tools, and governance
• Break down organizational silos to enable seamless collaboration across data, media, and technology teams

Requirements

• Proven experience leading analytics teams and managing senior stakeholders
• Strong technical background in data science, statistics, and advanced modelling techniques
• Experience designing and delivering complex experiments and measurement frameworks
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
• Understanding of data architecture, warehousing, and enterprise data solutions
• Strong commercial awareness, including experience in scoping, budgeting, and measuring ROI
