Analytics & Data Engineering Lead

Founded in 2024, DualEntry is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI startups. We are building an AI-native ERP to automate manual data entry for accounting teams, disrupting a massive legacy market.

Responsibilities

• Stand up a Data & Analytics function from the ground up
• Perform full stack analytics engineering development, building models to consume, transform, and expose data
• Work with different teams to capture, move, store, and transform raw data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to develop prioritized roadmaps
• Set up scalable data processes, tools, and systems
• Drive a culture of experimental design and testing with high ownership

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience as a Data Scientist
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Math, Economics, CS, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with the modern data stack (Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Hex, or Hightouch)
• Experience with data orchestration platforms (Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect)
• Proficiency with BI tools (Retool, Looker, Mode, or Tableau)
• Strong Python experience (numpy, pandas, sklearn)
• Strong SQL knowledge (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with B2B enterprise sales cycle metrics and processes
• Strong perspective on the data science engineering development cycle

• Base Salary: $135,000 - $190,000
• Equity value: $44,000 - $52,000
