Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Identify and define critical chatbot performance metrics, including operational accuracy, response time, and user retention.
• Develop and implement data collection strategies to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to monitor performance.
• Analyze usage patterns and trends to recommend improvements for user experience and operational efficiency.
• Lead or support A/B testing initiatives to assess the impact of new chatbot features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX/UI teams to integrate analytical insights into development cycles.
• Present actionable findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a professional analytics role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Deep understanding of KPIs and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Background in chatbot data analytics or Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems.
