Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of analytical and data-driven solutions for clients
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into analytical approaches
• Provide technical leadership across predictive modelling, scorecard development, and machine learning
• Define solution approaches considering analytical methods, data, and business value
• Lead client discussions and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
• Mentor and support Analysts and Senior Analysts to develop their technical capabilities

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a quantitative discipline
• Experience developing predictive models and credit risk scorecards in financial services or consulting
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and SAS
• Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM
• Understanding of statistical modelling, machine learning, and model governance
• 1+ years of experience designing scalable analytical solutions and applying automation or GenAI
