Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into measurable analytics strategies
• Implement, configure, and optimize tools such as Amplitude, Segment, Braze, and Contentsquare to track customer journeys and behavior
• Design, manage, and validate data collection frameworks, ensuring data quality and accuracy
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on user behavior, funnel performance, retention, and engagement
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive growth, conversion, and retention
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure analytics best practices are embedded across the business
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in analytics, martech, and growth strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, digital product consulting, or growth strategy
• Hands-on expertise with Amplitude, Segment, Braze, or Contentsquare
• Experience in consumer apps, e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses
• Ability to turn complex data into simple, compelling stories and recommendations
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in growth/retention marketing analytics
• Familiarity with SQL or scripting languages for advanced analysis
• Previous consulting or agency-side experience
