Analytics and Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate financial dashboards and reports using Macros, Power BI, or advanced Excel
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to management for performance tracking and strategic planning
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Deliver complete, accurate, and timely IFRS reporting for assigned entities or clusters
• Perform variance analysis for P&L (operating expenses, margins, profitability) and Balance Sheets
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, best practices, and internal/external financial control environments
• Support inputs for both internal and external financial audits

Requirements

• Accounting degree or professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• 4-7 years of post-qualification or post-degree experience
• Mandatory finance background in Financial Planning, Reporting, Finance Controlling, or Audit
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas
• Strong understanding of IFRS and the financial controls environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to model data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
