Analytical Services Assistant

Responsibilities

• Import daily Intercompany results using eLIMS import files
• Manage datasheet files and verify test substitutions
• Manually enter results from group or external laboratories not supported by eLIMS
• Monitor delayed intercompany results using the ASM-tool
• Follow up with external laboratories regarding overdue results
• Send requested printed or signed reports to clients
• Communicate potential delays to clients proactively
• Archive documents in accordance with quality requirements

Requirements

• Technical degree in Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or Microbiology
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and disciplined
• Proactive and dynamic approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Biology
