Analytical Sciences Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical testing for GMP release, stability, and product characterization
• Execute assays including cell-based potency, molecular (ddPCR), and biochemical (ELISA, CE, HPLC, Western blot)
• Ensure compliance with GMP documentation practices and ALCOA+ data integrity requirements
• Review and verify analytical data for accuracy and completeness
• Support method qualification, validation, and transfer activities
• Maintain laboratory readiness, equipment calibration, and inventory management
• Collaborate with manufacturing and QA on technical assessments
• Support internal/external audits and regulatory inspections
• Train and mentor other analysts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related discipline
• 3-8 years of experience in Analytical Sciences or QC within biopharmaceutical or gene therapy industries
• Familiarity with GMP documentation and data integrity principles
• Hands-on experience in cell-based potency, molecular, or biochemical assays (ELISA, CE, HPLC, Western blot)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
