Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Analytical Laboratory
• Ensure testing activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Lead laboratory personnel and manage daily workflows
• Support the timely delivery of accurate analytical results critical to product quality and manufacturing
• Ensure operations adhere to SOPs, GLP, cGMP, ISO 17025, and Hazardous Material Safety Programs
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs teams

Requirements

• Hands-on laboratory leadership experience
• Strong technical expertise in analytical laboratory environments
• Knowledge of GLP, cGMP, and ISO 17025 requirements
• Commitment to data integrity and operational excellence
• Ability to work a Weekend Night shift
