Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Analytical Laboratory
- Ensure testing activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Lead laboratory personnel and manage daily workflows
- Support the timely delivery of accurate analytical results essential to product quality and manufacturing
- Ensure operations adhere to SOPs, GLP, cGMP, ISO 17025, and Hazardous Material Safety Programs
- Partner with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs teams
- Drive continuous improvement across laboratory operations
