Analytical Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analytical developments and the qualification of new molecules to ensure product reliability
• Drive technical developments in ICP-MS and Ion Chromatography, specifically for organosilicate and organometallic molecules
• Train laboratory teams on advanced analytical techniques and provide specialized expertise
• Manage the qualification of new molecule suppliers and define protocols in collaboration with the Quality department
• Act as the technical point of contact for international laboratories, including sites in Fremont and Dallas, for correlation studies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional management with a focus on safety

Requirements

• Master's or Engineering degree in analytical chemistry
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an analytical laboratory setting
• Proficiency in ICP-MS and Ion Chromatography techniques
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
• Strong critical thinking, rigor, and meticulousness
• Ability to communicate effectively in an international, collaborative context
