Analytical Chemist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analyst for elemental impurity testing by ICP-MS, including sample preparation, analysis, data review, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Perform LC (Liquid Chromatography) analyses for method development, optimization, validation, and routine testing
• Provide analytical testing support using techniques such as GC, IR, and KF
• Maintain accurate and real-time documentation and data entry
• Ensure all activities comply with appropriate SOPs or test methods
• Provide customer service and backup support to ensure timely testing services

Requirements

• BS/MS in Chemistry or a related scientific degree
• 3+ years of laboratory experience in the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency with analytical instrumentation including ICP-MS and LC
• Knowledge of GMP and GLP standards
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail

• Experience with instrument software and laboratory management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
