Analyst/Sr Analyst - Accounting

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting books in accordance with both Indian GAAP and US GAAP requirements
• Play an active role in month, quarter, and year-end closing processes
• Ensure all month-end activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines
• Verify and process employee reimbursements and travel bills following HR policies
• Manage day-to-day vendor invoice processing and ensure all required approvals are obtained
• Handle fixed asset and depreciation accounting
• Perform Accounts Payable General Ledger reviews
• Manage TDS/GST returns and statutory remittances
• Coordinate with Big Four audit firms for Internal, Statutory, and Tax audits

Requirements

• Graduation in Commerce, Post Graduation in Commerce, or an MBA in Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and report generation
• Hands-on experience using an accounting ERP system
• Strong understanding of accounting systems, concepts, and statutory compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
