Analyst/Senior Analyst – Project Management

About the Company

DESRI (formerly D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments) is a market-leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects throughout the United States. We have acquired or developed approximately 11.9 gigawatts of contracted capacity across a portfolio of over 80 renewable energy projects in 24 states.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with project teams to streamline renewable energy project execution
• Provide project management support to the PM leadership team
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external partners to resolve project challenges
• Establish and maintain baseline milestone schedules for assigned projects
• Generate and maintain project tracking materials and disseminate reports to stakeholders
• Prepare and circulate call agendas and meeting minutes related to project commissioning
• Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives
• Support organizational communication by designing professional documents and presentations

Requirements

• B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or related streams plus MBA preferred
• 1-4 years of experience in project management, renewable energy, or infrastructure
• Proactive mindset with ability to identify process improvements
• Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with teams across different time zones
