Analyst/Senior Analyst, Meta Search Engine Marketing

Responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures across major search engines including Google, Bing, Baidu, and Naver.
• Test, analyze, and optimize display campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Analyze large datasets generated by experiments to develop optimization models.
• Build comprehensive dashboards to support account managers in decision-making.
• Adapt to new product features and implement changes based on successful testing results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a quantitative subject (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Science) from a top university.
• 2+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations within a global tech company.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools or databases such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, SPSS, or VBA.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent numerical reasoning skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in digital marketing.
• Academic research experience.
