Analyst/Senior Analyst, Internal Controls

Responsibilities

• Plan and review internal controls and business processes to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop policies, operating guidelines, and conduct training
• Review and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other regulatory control frameworks
• Coordinate and assist in management audits, statutory audits, and operational audits
• Participate in investigations and ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
• Full membership in HKICPA or an equivalent professional accounting body (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CICPA)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in external audit, internal audit, or internal controls
• Strong understanding of business processes, risks, and internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX)
• Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools
• Strong command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international accounting firms
