Analyst/Senior Analyst, Impact Partners

Responsibilities

• Originate investment opportunities and assess impact enterprises with a focus on Indonesia
• Provide technical assistance and structured guidance to help enterprises become investor-ready
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, presentation decks, and investment teasers
• Grow the IIX investor base and maintain investor relations
• Coordinate project information with technical assistance project managers
• Conduct research on key industries, markets, and sector trends
• Support the onboarding process for investors and enterprises onto the Impact Partners™ platform
• Conduct impact assessments and verification processes via IIX Values™

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or management consulting
• Strong skills in financial modelling and valuation (DCF and relative valuation)
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Extensive experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CFA)
• Direct experience with transactions from deal sourcing to deal closing
• Experience in sectors like sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, or healthcare
• Experience working with international NGOs or impact enterprises
