Analyst/Senior Analyst, Deal Advisory

Responsibilities

• Analyse company operations and financial statements to form conclusions on financial performance
• Complete industry research and use tools like Capital IQ to identify comparable companies
• Construct, review, and amend complex financial models
• Apply various valuation methodologies including discounted cash flow and option pricing models
• Write professional reports using Word and PowerPoint
• Assist with transaction management, including the maintenance of data rooms
• Communicate effectively with clients and other transaction advisors to progress engagements

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a professional services firm (e.g., deal advisory, corporate finance, audit) or a relevant commercial role
• Strong ability to analyse and interpret financial statements and apply normalisation adjustments
• High level of commercial acumen
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for concise reporting
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to devise solutions to abstract problems
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service
