Analyst/Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, integration, and execution of all phases of mission flight test events.
• Develop mission planning, readiness, and execution support documentation.
• Prepare decision-quality materials, including executive-level briefings, white papers, fact sheets, and status reports for senior-level reviews.
• Support the development of planning meetings and MDA technical reviews.
• Coordinate responses and inputs to MDA and Director of Test Program Office-generated actions.
• Provide on-site support to System Mission Managers (SMM) at deployed locations for assigned flight test missions.
• Contribute to weekly test community meetings and working groups through briefing charts and attendance.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a pertinent field or 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overseas locations.

• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to brief MDA leadership.
• Ability to thrive and maintain performance in a high-tempo work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
• Demonstrated ability to follow established processes to solve routine test planning and integration problems.
• Self-motivated professional capable of working effectively in a dynamic team environment.
