Analyste principal.e, Solutions Clients, Financement Immobilier Commercial

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Real Estate Banking team through administration and credit management for loan and deposit portfolios.
• Assist Directors and Associate Directors with annual reviews, new requests, and modifications.
• Validate pre-disbursement conditions and information obligations for new credit facilities.
• Manage the opening of credit files, data entry into electronic agendas, and the distribution of commitment letters and renewal notes.
• Ensure all required documentation for Global Transaction Banking products (current accounts, SDD, etc.) is completed and follow up on collateral document deficiencies.
• Facilitate the collection of client information to ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Client) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

• College or university degree in administration, finance, or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong proficiency in credit analysis and the ability to interpret financial statements.
• Solid understanding of credit structures, risk management, and KYC/AML processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests from various stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM technologies.
• High level of accuracy and a strong focus on client service and results.
