Analyste comptable

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly closing process, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and the preparation of financial reports and analyses for various subsidiaries.
• Review sales and cost of goods sold (COGS), monitor system pricing, and reconcile inventories with the general ledger.
• Prepare documentation and reports related to R&D, design, and internship tax credits.
• Perform bank reconciliations using Dynamics GP and participate in process standardization initiatives.
• Provide backup support for accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, aging reports, and managing corporate credit card expenses and employee reimbursements via SAP Concur.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Full bilingualism in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP and SAP Concur.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently.
