About the Company
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally, including funds, family offices, banks, and corporates, across multiple regulated jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Support VPs and Senior Institutional sales members across the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, and deal managing
- Own a portfolio of smaller and mid-sized institutional clients to drive trading, activation, and retention
- Prepare client-facing materials such as pitch decks, commercial proposals, and RFP responses
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and HubSpot CRM accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product, operations, compliance, and legal teams
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to source new opportunities
- Track market intelligence and competitor moves
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client coverage at a financial institution, crypto firm, or fintech
- Solid grounding in crypto and traditional finance concepts (custody, staking, tokenization)
- Proficiency with AI tools (Claude or similar) and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Fluency in Mandarin is required
- Ability to work onsite in Hong Kong
