Analyst/Associate, Finance & Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the company operating model that ties revenue and cost together to guide decisions on pricing, network design, and deployment
• Analyze key financial metrics including revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and capital expenditures
• Partner with business development on pricing, deal economics, and revenue/cash impacts of new opportunities
• Work with engineering, supply chain, and operations to identify cost drivers and lead cost-down efforts
• Evaluate design and sourcing tradeoffs and translate them into cost implications for engineering decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, economics, or a related technical field
• 2-5 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or business operations roles
• Excellent analytical skills including financial modeling and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive decisions with incomplete data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
• Experience with headcount and operating expense planning in technical organizations
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements
• Strong communication skills for translating cost insights to technical and leadership teams
