Responsibilities
- Proactively source high-quality early-stage opportunities through founder relationships and ecosystem engagement
- Support investment diligence including market analysis, customer calls, and memo writing
- Support portfolio companies with operations, hiring, go-to-market, and fundraising
- Build firm brand through content production, hosting events, and relationship building
- Support overall firm operations and internal workstreams
Requirements
- 1-4 years of relevant professional experience
- Background in venture capital, growth equity, private equity, consulting, banking, or high-impact operating roles
- Experience working with technology companies or within major venture verticals
