Analyst, Warehousing

Responsibilities

• Manage customer demand, inventory levels, and ensure 100% on-time delivery.
• Analyze demand and create internal orders within SAP to meet customer due dates.
• Issue orders to the warehouse floor and monitor ASN accuracy and errors.
• Coordinate premium freight orders and manage transportation requirements between internal groups and customers.
• Act as a primary liaison between customers and production control to resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor and report on daily and monthly customer delivery ratings and performance metrics.
• Manage obsolescence, balance-out processes, and follow FIFO protocols for order creation.
• Support engineering changes and participate in customer and internal meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain or a related field (0-3 years for Analyst level).
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Fluency in Spanish is required for direct interaction with customers in Mexico.
• Ability to work during customer production hours, including occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays.
