Analyst, Warehousing

Responsibilities

• Access customer systems to collect and analyze daily shipping requirements
• Create shipping orders in Future 3 and manage ASN communications
• Monitor ASNs for accuracy and reconcile shipment discrepancies
• Maintain customer web-based applications and ensure compliance with specific labeling, packing, and EDI requirements
• Monitor daily and monthly customer delivery ratings and dispute errors as necessary
• Communicate directly with external OEM/PIA customers and internal functional groups
• Prepare and submit departmental documentation and report shipment activity to management
• Identify root causes of failures in departmental processes, procedures, and systems

Requirements

• Ability to be available for 24/7 on-call requirements
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• 3+ years of experience in material planning, scheduling, or data analysis
• Bilingual skills (Spanish)
• Experience with systems such as JDE, PkMS, Ford DDL, Covisint, or DC Smart
