Analyst – VMI

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory located at third-party hub locations remotely through regular reconciliation and tracking
• Create Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO)
• Maintain inventory accuracy and work to reduce inventory aging
• Report on Sales and Inventory on a weekly basis
• Perform reconciliation of sub-modules against the trial balance
• Utilize strong analytical and number-crunching abilities to support financial accuracy

Requirements

• Educational background in BCom, BBA Finance, MCom, or MBA Finance
• 0-2 years of experience in GL, Intercompany Activity, AR, or AP
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a complex environment with strict project deadlines
