Analyst, Visa Direct Field Marketing (NA)

Responsibilities

• Execute co-marketing programs and support go-to-market launches with key clients and partners
• Support the design and delivery of go-to-market programs to help clients bring new solutions to life
• Manage client-facing activations and events, ensuring strong follow-up and pipeline conversion
• Analyze campaign and program performance to drive optimization and gather actionable insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Engage directly with clients to provide guidance on marketing best practices
• Track and communicate program performance, linking activities to revenue and usage growth
• Leverage AI tools extensively for data management, creative development, and project management

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional work experience
• Bachelor's degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA)
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform business decisions
• Experience with AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness and streamline workflows
• Proven experience in client-facing roles supporting marketing programs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executives
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or analytics
• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
• Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, including acquisition and activation
• Experience working across Sales, Product, and UX functions
